I started Intrinsic Insurance with a desire to give back to the Insurance Community and our Customers. With a strong passion to ensure the perpetuation of quality insurance professionals who value spending more than 15 seconds to help you protect that which has taken you years to build. With more than 20 years invested in my career; I have worked in several facets of the Insurance industry. Learning valuable Underwriting Risk management, Claims service and Comprehensive Sales techniques. The years of experience I have achieved in the industry allows me to more effectively educate and protect my customers with all their insurance needs including High Fire and hard to place home owners insurance in California. Classic Cars, Rat Rods, and Limited Edition Vehicles are another Specialty close to my heart! There is no greater joy in my work then being able to help my customers improve their coverage and save them several hundreds of their hard earned dollars in the process!

I currently sit on 4 agency councils which allows me to facilitate my customers concerns and requests directly to the State Legislature and Companies providing the coverage.

On a Personal note….I hold the Secretary position on the Military Family Support Board for El Dorado County where we focus on providing veterans and their families the resources that most standard assistance programs don’t provide. I also have two beautiful daughters Summer 24 and Sierra 19. As well as a very spunky 3 year old granddaughter Riley Grace and grandson Owen 2. Some of my passions are photography and abstract art. Kaitlan epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your insurance transaction.  Kaitlan started her Insurance education at an early age selling only California Auto Insurance, primarily to the greater Sacramento area.  She soon found that she enjoyed sharing her knowledge of the field so much that she decided to dedicate her time to learning every type of insurance out there to the fullest. Whether she is working with homeowners, young professionals, business owners or high net worth families, Kaitlan is focused on empowering her clients to achieve financial freedom so they can live their dreams and focus on what matters most to them in life.

As a creative critical thinker committed to customer service and education, her primary goal is to provide clients with accessible expertise and an honest, thoughtful, problem-solving approach to insurance and risk management.  Kaitlin’s goal is to build long lasting relationships with her customers.  She wants to be your agent for life and for the generations to come.

In her spare time she enjoys camping, swimming and relaxing with her friends and family.
