We are in a beautiful forest up here in pollock pines but that sometimes bites you in the butt because with the beauty comes the danger of fire. And therefore the cost! I am now able to apply the $100 a month or more savings to our principal balance so in about 10 years we will own our house outright. How awesome is that!?? And our payment remains at $1200. Cheaper than most people pay for rent!
